ITINERARY
Thursday, July 31
Transport from the airport to the hotel.
You have a number of options for getting to your hotel:
Call a yellow cab via Uber. Uber is common in Colombia, but you’ll want to stick to taxis for the airport, since Uber drivers often aren’t allowed to pick up there.
Use the taxi kiosk to get an airport cab. Cash is preferred here (about 100,000COP), as is Español.
Contact us to book private transportation. We’re happy to schedule a pickup for large groups or large bags if you need! Just reach out to either of us. It’s no trouble.
We don’t recommend hailing a cab outside the airport, or haggling with strangers for a ride. Let us know if you need an assist!

Location Rooftop, Hotel B.O.G.
For those arriving early enough on Thursday, we’ll be hanging out on the tippy-top of Hotel B.O.G. all evening. Feel free to stop by for a quick hello, a panoramic view of the city, maybe some food and drinks... Whatever suits you.
We’ll just be happy to see you in Bogotá!
Friday, August 1
Shuttles to Villa de Leyva
Time 9:00am
Departing from the B.O.G. Hotel in Bogotá.
Shuttles depart promptly at 9am, so make sure you’re packed-up, checked-out, and ready to rumble! Don’t forget your complimentary breakfast, if that’s your thing. Travel to Villa de Leyva will take 3 - 4 hours depending on traffic, but there will be a coffee/restroom break with a lovely photo op mid-way. You will be dropped off at your hotel, where you can relax or drop your stuff before hitting the town!
Welcome Dinner
Time 6:00pm - 10:00pm.
Location La Feria Piqueteadero.
Attire Casual, colorful, outdoor dining-ready.
Light jacket or sweater is recommended.
Wow, we made it! Help us kick off the festivities on the patio of one of our favorite spots near the plaza, La Feria, just a short walk from the hotels. We’ll have lots of food, live music, and a cheeky offering of two complimentary drinks per person.
Saturday, August 2
The Wedding
Time 3:30pm.
Location Casa Buganvilias.
Guest shuttles to the venue depart Hotel Plazuela de San Agustín at 2:45pm.
Attire Celebratory. Bright, bold, formal, informal, or high fashion. Whatever you feel, just feel good! We recommend bringing sunglasses for the daytime portion.
Ceremony followed by cocktail hour, dinner, dancing, late-night snacks, more dancing, and shuttles back to the hotels.
Shuttles begin at 11pm, but the party will go on until 1am.
Sunday, August 3
Shuttles to Bogotá
Time 7:30am and 2:00pm.
Departing from Hotel Plazuela de San Agustin.
The shuttle will depart from our hotel promptly at 2:00pm, and return us safely back to Hotel B.O.G. in Bogotá.
No plans tonight, for obvious reasons, but we’ll be happy to recommend some Bogotá hot spots for you to visit if you’re so inclined!
Farewell Brunch
Time 10:00am - 12:00pm.
Location Hotel Plazuela de San Agustin.
Attire Casual, travel-ready.
We’ll be gathering in the courtyard of our hotel for a casual and traditional brunch. Feel free to stop by whenever to nosh and reminisce with us.
Then it’s our last couple of hours in Villa de Leyva! You’re free to shop, stroll, sit, or go on a guided tour before we shuttle back to the city. The hotel will happily store everyone’s bags in the meantime.
